PACCAR Financial (PFC) and the California Pollution Control Financing Authority (CPCFA) are pleased to offer small fleets and owner-operators assistance when financing their next Peterbilt or Kenworth truck purchase. The CPCFA will guarantee a portion of your loan if it qualifies for the California Capital Access Program (CalCAP).
The program is open to used 2008 to 2010 model year units and 2011 or later model year Peterbilt or Kenworth trucks that are SmartWay certified.
